WHAT

Developed a set of tools for patients and providers to tailor post-surgery pain management

ROLE

On Phase 1, I was part of the master of design students team (5 students in total). On Phase 2, I did a collaborative master thesis with another student. I have conducted the methods and developed everything shown in this summary collaboratively.

METHODS

Exploratory Research: Observations, contextual inquiries, survey, semi-structured interviews, workshop;

Design: Brainstorming, sketching, prototyping, feedback sessions;

Evaluation: Feedback sessions, focus groups, evaluation survey, role-playing
